This Privacy Policy establishes the terms under which Shunko Catriel Rodriguez Loprete (Null Informática) uses and protects information provided by BomberBOT users. We are committed to the security of firefighter, company staff and institutional data.

Information that is collected

Our system collects exclusively the personal and institutional information essential for the platform to work:

• Contact and identification data: Name, phone or email, OAuth identity and profile data of firefighters or company staff.
• Credentials: Access password to the system (stored in a strictly encrypted way).
• Institutional data: Roles, brigades, zones, equipment, training, alerts and operational activity of the firehouse or company.

Use of the collected information

BomberBOT uses the information to provide the best possible service, particularly to:

• User management and identity validation within the app.
• Automated organization of weekly cleaning and fair task assignment.
• Control, analysis and monitoring of the operational units' checklists.
• Accurate identification of personnel in responses to emergency calls (attending, delayed, not attending).
• Generation of reports, participation statistics and firehouse performance evaluation.

Security and Protection

Null Informática is highly committed to keeping your information secure. To do this we implement the following measures:

• Encryption: All users' passwords are stored encrypted in our databases.
• Restricted Access: The firehouse information is exclusive and access is restricted only to the authorized users of the institution itself.
• Data Privacy: NO we do not sell, transfer or distribute the personal information collected to external companies or third parties under any circumstances.
• Cookies: The BomberBOT app and management platform DO NOT use advertising or tracking cookies. The commercial website measures visits only with your consent (see the cookies and web analytics section).

Data Retention and Deletion

Data from users who leave active service is kept for 5 years from their last recorded activity, allowing them to return to their firehouse or company. After this period, it is permanently deleted automatically.

Cookies and website analytics

The public website bomberbot.com.ar uses one own technical cookie (bomberbot_lang) to remember your language and, only if you consent, Google Analytics cookies to understand which pages and sections are most useful. Measurement is anonymous and aggregated: it is not used to identify people or for advertising.

• Google Analytics 4: measures visits, country, device and journey through the site. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
• How to change your preference: you can accept or decline measurement from the notice shown when entering the site, or reopen it with this link: review my cookie preferences.
• If you decline: no analytics scripts are loaded and no third-party cookies are written. The site keeps working normally.
