The conditions that govern the use of the BomberBOT app.
Last updated: August 3, 2026By downloading, accessing or using the BomberBOT mobile app and web platform, you accept these Terms of Service. These terms regulate the relationship between Shunko Catriel Rodriguez Loprete (Null Informática), domiciled in Corral de Bustos, Córdoba, Argentina, and the fire departments and institutions that hire the service.
The use of BomberBOT implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the terms and conditions detailed here. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not download or use the app. Access to the web administration platform and mobile features is subject to prior registration and the creation of a firehouse in the system.
The service is designed exclusively for internal use by fire departments and emergency institutions. By using it, you agree to:
BomberBOT is offered through an annual subscription per firehouse. When hiring the service, the user makes the single payment of the contracted annual period, which can be paid in dollars (through the payment provider Paddle) or in Argentine pesos (through MercadoPago).
The free trial period does not generate any charge, does not require a credit card or any payment method, and is activated when creating the firehouse in the system.
The subscription payment enables access to all service features during the contracted period. Current prices are published in the plans section of the website and may be updated periodically; price changes do not affect already-paid subscriptions during their validity period.
Null Informática will make its best efforts to keep the service continuously available and to provide technical support to contracting firehouses. However, the service may suffer temporary interruptions due to maintenance, connectivity failures or force majeure causes, without generating any right to compensation.
The BomberBOT app, its code, design, logos, texts, graphics, algorithms and all associated documentation are the exclusive property of Null Informática and are protected by intellectual property laws. Its copy, reproduction, distribution, modification or unauthorized use, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
BomberBOT is a support tool for institutional management and does not replace the protocols, procedures or operational decisions of the institution. The firehouse is solely responsible for the operational use of the information managed on the platform. Null Informática will not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, nor for decisions made by the institution based on the information contained therein.
Null Informática reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account of any firehouse that breaches these terms, misuses the service or carries out activities that compromise the security or continuity of the platform. Termination of service does not generate any right to refund of payments already made.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the service, the parties submit to the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in the city of Corral de Bustos, Province of Córdoba, Argentina.
