When creating a firehouse in BomberBOT, a free trial period is activated so the institution can learn how the platform works.
The service is contracted through an annual subscription per firehouse, paid in advance and in a single payment. The payment can be made in dollars through the Paddle provider or in Argentine pesos through MercadoPago, according to the plans published on the site.
The payment enables full access to the service during the 12 months of the contracted period. Plans do not renew automatically: when the subscription expires, the firehouse decides whether to renew it to keep using the platform.
As this is an annual subscription paid in full in advance, no refunds are made once the payment is made, under any circumstances, including abandoning or partially using the service.
For this reason we recommend taking advantage of the free trial period before hiring the subscription: it is the moment designed to verify that BomberBOT fits your firehouse's needs, without committing any payment.

Cases of prolonged service unavailability due to failures attributable to the platform will be evaluated individually by our team, and may result in a proportional extension of the subscription period as compensation.
