This Privacy Policy establishes the terms under which Shunko Catriel Rodriguez Loprete (Null Informática) uses and protects the information provided by its users when using the BomberBOT mobile app and web platform. We are committed to the security of the data of firefighters and firehouses.

Information that is collected

Our system collects exclusively the personal and institutional information essential for the platform to work:

• Contact and identification data: Cell phone number (which is used as the username for login) and the firefighter's first and last name.
• Credentials: Access password to the system (stored in a strictly encrypted way).
• Functional data of the institution: Internal firehouse information such as the controller role, task participation history and the current leave status of personnel.

Use of the collected information

BomberBOT uses the information to provide the best possible service, particularly to:

• User management and identity validation within the app.
• Automated organization of weekly cleaning and fair task assignment.
• Control, analysis and monitoring of the operational units' checklists.
• Accurate identification of personnel in responses to emergency calls (attending, delayed, not attending).
• Generation of reports, participation statistics and firehouse performance evaluation.

Security and Protection

Null Informática is highly committed to keeping your information secure. To do this we implement the following measures:

• Encryption: All users' passwords are stored encrypted in our databases.
• Restricted Access: The firehouse information is exclusive and access is restricted only to the authorized users of the institution itself.
• Data Privacy: NO we do not sell, transfer or distribute the personal information collected to external companies or third parties under any circumstances.
• Cookies: The BomberBOT platform DOES NOT use cookies to track user activity.

Data Retention and Deletion

We understand the dynamics of fire departments. For this reason, the data of users who leave the active service is kept for a period of 5 years from their last recorded activity. This allows a quick return to the system in case the user decides to come back to the firehouse. After this period, the information is permanently and automatically deleted from our databases.
